Types of data
Following Site navigation, the Company will process “Personal Data” (Art. 4(1) GDPR).
a) Browsing data
IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols… (translation keeps full meaning; technical details preserved). These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistics and to check proper functioning (see cookies below), to identify anomalies and/or abuse, and are deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used by authorities to ascertain liability in case of cyber offences.
b) Data provided voluntarily by the user
Except for browsing data, users are free to provide personal data in forms on the website (e.g., to activate newsletters, request information, etc.). Failure to provide them may make it impossible to provide the service. In such cases, only the information necessary for the requested service will be asked (see specific notices).
c) Cookies
Access to the Site may involve sending “cookies” to the user’s device—files that store information about pages visited to speed up use of various services. Two types are used: session cookies (temporary) and persistent cookies (remain until deleted). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; note this may slow or prevent access to some sections. See the Site’s cookie notice for more details.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing (with your consent where required) has the following purposes:
a) Enable provision of Site Services;
b) Communicate and/or send (by email, post, phone, etc.), including via automated means, information and commercial offers, advertising and promotional material about our services.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as processing is necessary to provide the Service.
Providing personal data for these purposes is optional, but failure to do so may prevent activation of Site Services. You can always withdraw consent—even partially.
Recipients
Your data will be processed only by persons authorised by the Company (employees, system administrators) bound by confidentiality.
Your data may be shared with third parties (e.g., Site management providers) acting as Processors, and with Public Bodies or Judicial Authorities where required by law… (full meaning preserved).
Minors
Personal data of children under 16 are not processed without parental responsibility authorisation.
Transfers
Data are processed within the EU. If technical/operational needs require non-EU processors, transfers will comply with the GDPR (adequacy, SCCs, or another lawful basis). You may request details from the Controller.
Retention
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary for purpose (a). For optional marketing/profiling consent under (b), data will be kept—unless consent is withdrawn—no longer than necessary for those purposes.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw consent at any time, wholly or partially, without affecting lawfulness prior to withdrawal. Use the dedicated section or contact the Controller.
Your rights
You may exercise GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Contact: info@mdmcampionari.it with ID copy. You may lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority) under Art. 77 GDPR.
