For over 15 years, MDM Campionari has been designing and producing aluminium colour fan decks for companies that demand precision, visual consistency and identity.

Graphic
It all starts with design. We create layouts with clear readability, visual consistency and functional use. Every project is custom-developed to client technical and brand specs, with the aim of highlighting the colour range and brand.

Offset printing
We print digitally or offset on board, PVC, polypropylene or other media to suit the project, guaranteeing precision and high quality.
03.
Powder coating
Our in-house powder-coating plant is also ideal for small batches.
We coat the sample sheets directly, delivering uniform, durable finishes repeatable over time.
Each colour is tested to ensure fidelity and longevity.

Blanking
Blanking is performed with CNC machinery for precise shapes, clean edges and perfect uniformity across pieces.
We can produce samples in various formats.

Marking
Each chip can be marked with codes, names, sequential numbering or technical data, using technologies that ensure readability, cleanliness and long-term hold.

Custom cover/case
We design and produce bespoke covers for any swatch type.
Material options (aluminium, PVC, polypropylene), thicknesses and finishes with UV printing.
The cover becomes an integral part of the product—both protection and visual identity.

Assembly
Assembly is carried out with artisanal care. Each chip is checked for quality. We handle both serial production and small runs with the same standards.

Third-party blanking & marking
We provide blanking and/or marking on client-supplied samples—either marking alone if already blanked, or both in sequence—using high-precision CNC machinery and proven marking systems.
Supply of pre-treated aluminium sheets
We supply pre-treated aluminium alloy 3105 H44, ready for coating and processing, in sizes:
• 1000×1000×0.4 mm
• 1000×2000×0.4 mm

Cover supply—even for limited runs
We produce custom covers even in small quantities, with options including:
• Polished steel-effect aluminium cover, th. 1.2 mm, with UV print
• White PVC covers, th. 0.5 / 0.75 / 3 mm with UV print
• White polypropylene covers, th. 1.5 mm with UV print
• Translucent polypropylene cover with printed board insert
Every cover is carefully finished and UV-printed with professional machinery for a coherent, functional, visually flawless result—even for small numbers.
Accessory supply
We complete our offer with professional accessories for fan decks assembly:
• Translucent polypropylene handle, with or without logo
• Nickel-plated steel closure tubes, H 5–70 mm, with matching screws
